• Training in DGCA-approved MROs, airlines, or maintenance organizations like Air India, Indigo, SpiceJet, or HAL.

Course Duration

The AME course duration is 2–4 years, depending on the type of program and training structure:

• 2 Years Academic Program at an approved AME institute.

• 2 Years Practical Training in a DGCA-approved Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organization or airline.

Total duration: 4 years (2 years institute + 2 years training)
